Explore: Rediscover your creative potential and empower yourself through Lifewriting

6-week Memoir writing course (online pilot) | Instructors: M. Marcel w/ Extraordinary guests.

By the end of this course plunging you deep into your present, past, and future, you will have the building blocks for the story of your Life Journey and for writing your next chapter. Class topics you will explore include: nature and nurture; family and becoming through adversity; identity and public personas; heroes and foils; safety and adventure; walls and gardens.

Our facilitators use Empowerwriting: a variety of interactive learning tools and hands-on techniques to help spark your full mind and self, and gather, expand, and harvest your most meaningful stories.

Explore invites you to begin Writing From the Heart, and ultimately to create your own Garden of Peace. A centerpiece is on facilitating reconnection to the heart, and a realignment of mind and heart. Explore is process-focused; it will help guide you towards Writing – and Living – From The Heart by taking you on an eight-stage Lifewriter’s Crop Cycle journey.

“I live my life in widening circles
that reach out across the world.
I may not complete this last one
but I give myself to it.

I circle around God, around the primordial tower.
I’ve been circling for thousands of years
and I still don’t know: am I a falcon,
a storm, or a great song?”

~ Rainer Maria Rilke, The Book of Hours, I 2
