Elizabeth Lougheed Green
Formerly a social enterprise operator and business owner, Liz has been at Vancity for 11 years. First, at Vancity Community Foundation, she managed a large portfolio of social enterprise members. She joined the credit union in 2012 to lead a new area that supported impact businesses and impact in conventional businesses. Her team’s goal was to help values-led organizations reach their full potential. Liz now leads a 25+ team of community economic development professionals and provides strategic counsel on impact investing and inclusion to Vancity leadership. Liz holds a MA in Policy and Practice, and serves on the CED Advisory of the Canadian Women’s Foundation, the Training and Education Advisory for Vancouver Foundation, and the B.C. Cooperative Association. She is a sessional instructor at BCIT, supporting professionals integrate impact into their existing practice.
Evelyn (CEC, PCC) is a certified Executive Coach, speaker, and author who specializes in working with teams and individuals who want to create better ways of relating in the workplace and overcome barriers to performance effectiveness. Evelyn often coaches with the assistance of horses – on the ground – to create experiences of connecting internally in a deep and meaningful way.
